Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Technology Consultant (Manager level) to lead LMS and LXP engagements, guide senior stakeholders, and drive multi-project delivery. You will partner with account teams, shape technology roadmaps, and mentor junior staff.

You will work across learning technology strategy, ecosystem advisory, vendor selection, and full-cycle platform implementations while collaborating with global teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience; Associates Degree requires 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges and translate them into learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements through structured evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
• Review LMS designs and provide guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain (LMS, LXP, analytics, AI-enabled learning).
• Lead or coordinate large Learn Tech/LMS/LXP implementations with distributed teams.
• Travel may be required (25%–50%).
