• Experience measuring training effectiveness with data-driven curriculum refinement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver role-specific training for redesigned roles within the pod's scope.
• Build the training curriculum and coordinate delivery alongside each new technology and AI agent release.
• Translate process and role redesigns into practical, accessible learning content for functional audiences.
• Measure training effectiveness and learner adoption — adjust curriculum based on feedback and adoption data.
• Collaborate with the Workforce Design Lead and change management team to align training with the overall change plan.
