Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Technology Consultant (Manager level) to lead LMS and learning technology workstreams, engage senior stakeholders, and mentor junior staff. You will drive strategy from whiteboard to go-live, partnering with client account teams and global implementation teams to deliver measurable learning outcomes.

You will build expertise in LMS, LXP, and AI-enabled learning, while shaping proposals, estimates, and the project pipeline.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of learning technology consulting or implementation experience.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leading LMS/LXP initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into learning technology strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges and translate them into learning tech strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements and guide clients through evaluation processes.
• Advise clients on best practices for LMS, LXP, and learning analytics implementations.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS/LXP engagements.
• Review LMS designs and provide guidance on complex configurations and integrations.
• Develop subject-matter expertise in one domain (LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning).
• Coordinate large Learn Tech implementations with globally distributed teams.
