Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Technology Consultant to lead LMS and learning technology workstreams, partner with client teams, and deliver end-to-end platform implementations. You will develop roadmaps, advise on best practices, and help grow the LMS project pipeline while coordinating with distributed teams.

The role requires 6+ years’ experience in learning technology consulting, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to travel 25%–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into actionable learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through structured evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of modern LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
• Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain (LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging platforms).
• Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations with globally distributed teams.
