Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Technology consultant at the Manager level in Overland Park, KS, to lead LMS and learning technology workstreams with rigor and deliver end-to-end implementations.

You will diagnose client challenges, define requirements, and translate them into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and vendor selections, while mentoring junior staff and engaging senior stakeholders across globally distributed teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience required

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into actionable learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through structured evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of modern LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft compelling proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS , LXP , and broader learning tech engagements.
• Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing authoritative guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain- LMS , LXP , learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging skills platforms.
• Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations working closely with globally distributed implementation teams
