Job summary

Accenture's Learning Technology practice helps organizations design, implement, and sustain modern learning ecosystems, spanning LMS, LXP, and AI-enabled experiences. As a Manager-level Learning Technology Consultant, you lead with delivery excellence, run LMS and learning technology workstreams, mentor juniors, and partner with senior stakeholders.

You will craft roadmaps, guide vendor selection, and oversee end-to-end implementations with globally distributed teams, traveling 25-50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into actionable learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through structured evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of modern LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft compelling proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
• Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing authoritative guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain—LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging skills platforms.
• Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations working closely with globally distributed implementation teams
