Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Technology Consultant at Manager level to lead LMS and learning technology workstreams, engage senior stakeholders, and guide complex deployments. You will shape strategies, coordinate global teams, and help grow the LMS project pipeline across client programs.

You will mentor junior talent, develop go‑to‑market proposals, and drive successful go‑live implementations with rigorous delivery standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of learning technology consulting or implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Associate's degree with 6+ years acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose client challenges and translate into learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS/LXP selection engagements and evaluation processes.
• Advise on learning processes for modern LMS and LXP platforms.
• Develop and grow the LMS project pipeline with leadership.
• Craft proposals and estimates for LMS/LXP engagements.
• Review LMS designs and manage complex configurations and integrations.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain.
• Coordinate large LMS/LXP implementations with distributed teams.
• Travel may be required (25–50%).
