Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice in the United States seeks a transformation advisor to help clients implement SAP SuccessFactors and modernize Learning Management Systems. You will identify requirements, advise on functionality, and lead workstreams with cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore resources.

Travel is expected on projects, and the role requires strong communication and the ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions that drive digitization for clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years SAP transformation or equivalent consulting experience.
Minimum 3 years SuccessFactors LMS experience.
Minimum 1 year as Project Lead on a large SAP transformation with on- and offshore resources.
Certified in SuccessFactors LMS; certified in at least one other SF space (e.g., PMGM, Training, Recruiting).

Responsibilities

Identify and assess LMS requirements for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
Provide advisory on key client decisions relating to Learning Management System functionality.
Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
Show clients how SAP can solve their business problems.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional workstreams and client deliverables.
Travel to client sites as required.
