Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a transformation lead to help clients navigate digitization through SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging design thinking and agile methods. You will identify LMS requirements, advise on functionality, kick-start transformation programs, and lead workstreams with cross-functional teams.

Travel to client sites will be required. You’ll demonstrate business acumen to show how SAP can solve real business problems and manage stakeholder communications across diverse

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years SuccessFactors LMS experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems
• Certified in at least one other SF space (PMGM, Training, Recruiting, etc)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess LMS requirements for an upcoming SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Provide advisory on key client decisions relating to Learning Management System functionality
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Lead workstreams and participate in client interactions across multiple teams
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep records of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
• Use effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants
