Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms and ability to apply AI tools to improve deliverables.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, executive storytelling, and high-quality writing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Travel readiness as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts and act as a reliable partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose learning challenges into actionable insights.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to reposition L&D as a strategic enabler.
• Develop diagnostics and roadmaps, benchmark against best practices, and identify gaps.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, processes, and technology.
• Define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analytics approaches to demonstrate ROI.
• Deliver agentic learning strategies and AI-powered enablement tools in daily work.
• Create executive-ready presentations, frameworks, and deliverables for senior audiences.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and contribute to Accenture’s IP and go-to-market capabilities.
