Job summary

Marathon Health LLC is seeking a Learning Ecosystem & Program Manager to unify Marathon Health University, from onboarding through ongoing development, aligning programs, technology, and communications to create a seamless learning experience.

You will lead enterprise learning programs, manage the learning technology stack, and drive adoption with AI-enabled tools, analytics, and partnerships with vendors, SMEs, and facilitators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in learning and development.
• Proven people-management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise learning programs and learning technology.
• Strong knowledge of digital learning, AI, automation, and emerging tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Marathon Health University ecosystem from onboarding to ongoing development.
• Lead enterprise learning programs and onboarding from planning to measurement.
• Manage learning technology ecosystem and collaborate with vendors.
• Develop communications, campaigns, and adoption strategies for learning.
• Define success measures and share insights to drive improvements.
