Job summary

Accenture Learning Technology practice seeks a Manager-level consultant to lead LMS and learning technology workstreams, partner with client teams, and develop junior talent. You will guide vendor selections, define requirements, and size engagements across multiple accounts.

You will engage senior stakeholders and operate alongside Managing Directors in high-stakes moments. You will drive enterprise LMS/LXP architecture, enable AI-enabled learning initiatives, and build robust pipelines while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willing to travel 25% to 50% depending on client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into actionable learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through structured evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of modern LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft compelling proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
• Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing authoritative guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain—LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging skills platforms.
• Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations working closely with globally distributed implementation teams
