Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Associate HR Learning Systems Analyst to support and optimize our Learning & Development technology landscape, including LMS, AI-powered tools, and role-specific platforms. You will partner with HR Learning Solutions and Enablement to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HR or learning technology, strong analytical skills, and curiosity about how tech elevates learning.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in HR technology or learning technology.
Experience with SaaS learning platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand or Workday.
Knowledge of e-learning content standards (SCORM/xAPI) and content management.
Solid Excel proficiency for building and interpreting reports.
Strong requirements gathering and communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn new applications and tools.

Responsibilities

Configure learning platforms with content structures, curricula, and assignment logic.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate to system enhancements.
Act as primary point of contact for escalations and coordinate with vendors/IT.
Perform data integrity audits and gatekeeping of system standards.
Write test plans and coordinate UAT for releases.
Build and analyze reports on usage, adoption, and program health.
Document configurations and user guides; support administration onboarding.
