Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Associate HR Learning Systems Analyst to support Learning & Development technology. You will optimize LMS platforms, handle escalations, and partner with HR Learning Solutions and stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in HR technology or learning technology.
Hands-on experience with SaaS learning or HR platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand or Workday.
Proficiency with e-learning standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI) and content management.
Experience building and interpreting reports, with Excel proficiency.
Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Configure learning platforms, support objects, curricula, assignments, events, and security roles.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend enhancements.
Triaging escalations and coordinating with vendors/IT for timely resolution.
Perform data quality checks, data loads, and gatekeeping of system standards.
Write test plans and coordinate UAT with vendors and stakeholders.
Develop reports on usage, adoption, compliance, and program health.
Document configurations and create knowledge management collateral.
Promote system adoption and best practices across teams.
