Job summary

Gusto is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead program design and facilitation across multiple CX domains. You will drive end-to-end learning programs, coach participants, and partner with senior leaders to align initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of L&D experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Proven experience in learning program design, development, and facilitation across multiple knowledge areas.
• Strong coaching skills, with the ability to mentor learners and participants as well as junior team members.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end learning programs, including cohort management and continuous improvement.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze program outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and evaluating AI-enabled learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning sessions across multiple knowledge areas.
• Lead comprehensive course design and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage complex, high-visibility learning programs end-to-end.
• Oversee multiple CX Academy cohorts with strategic guidance for implementation.
• Monitor participant progress and address barriers to success.
• Operationalize AI tools to automate administrative tasks and track outcomes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and translate insights into actions.
