Job summary

PrimeLending is seeking a Learning & Development Manager - AI Enablement to drive the design, development and delivery of AI-focused learning solutions and ensure workforce readiness through effective training programs.

You will lead LMS administration, coordinate annual compliance training, and partner with HR, Technology and business leaders to advance AI adoption across the organization in a collaborative, individual-contributor capacity.

Job description

The Learning & Development Manager - AI Enablement supports leadership training, business-specific functional training, annual compliance training, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration, with primary responsibility for advancing the organization's AI learning, adoption, and workforce readiness initiatives.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Learning & Development, this role partners with business leaders, Human Resources, Technology, and subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that enhance employee performance and support strategic business objectives. The Manager serves as the enterprise lead for AI-related learning initiatives, helping employees build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to effectively and responsibly leverage AI technologies in their daily work.

This position is an individual contributor role and does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. Success in the role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and driving adoption of learning and development solutions across the organization.
