Qualifications

• Five years of experience planning and implementing training programs and events.
• Proven experience presenting to a broad range of levels, from early career to executive leadership.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, and MS Forms.
• Bachelor's Degree in education or a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs through stakeholder consultation and workforce analysis.
• Design, develop, deploy, and curate engaging learning experiences across formats and platforms.
• Leverage AI and instructional technologies to enhance the learning ecosystem and personalization.
• Partner with leaders and vendors to align solutions with priorities and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop internal communications and marketing strategies to drive adoption of learning programs.
• Plan and execute high-visibility learning events with stakeholders and partners.
• Provide expert recommendations on learning strategies and learner journeys.
• Monitor engagement and ROI to drive program improvement.
• Ensure training content meets evolving learner needs.
