Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate for Learning & Development to support back-end operations of our learning programs.

You will join the Learning Solutions & Enablement team within the Talent Effectiveness Organization and help ensure a globally consistent training experience. You will coordinate scheduling, communications, materials, and reporting; maintain Learning Portals and LMS support; drive process improvements; and provide frontline support to new hires and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in years of work experience.
• 1–2 years of HR, training or relevant experience.
• Superior problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness.
• Strong process and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enable a globally consistent training experience through coordination with team members and stakeholders across functions, regions, and geographies.
• Execute global standards for course scheduling, communication, materials, follow up and reporting.
• Leverage technology to run back-end processes for existing programs at scale, ensuring fit for purpose.
• Maintain and update Learning Portals and materials on intranet or cloud-based solutions.
• Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with Operations leadership to implement.
• Support broader global L&D activities and firm-wide initiatives.
• Provide LMS support for all programs requiring it.
• Deliver excellent front-line customer service to new hires, program stakeholders, managers and recruiters.
• Assist management with operationalization of new programs and update current processes.
