Job summary

Stepful is seeking a motivated Senior Learning Program Manager to oversee the curriculum development and content delivery of our programs as we continue to grow. This hybrid role (T/W/Th in our lower Manhattan office) reports into our Head of Learning.

You will lead content development projects, manage a team of curriculum developers and SMEs, and ensure high QA standards. Explore new modalities like labs and simulations to improve learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or curriculum development.
• Experience end-to-end content development; simplify complex concepts.
• Instructional design experience, online/virtual context preferred.
• Thrives in a startup with scrappiness and adaptability.
• Strong EdTech knowledge and adult learning needs.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills.
