Holman Enterprises is seeking a Learning Specialist to facilitate in-person and virtual training, update course materials, and collaborate with leaders to close capability gaps. You will design new programs, measure impact, and support talent initiatives within a hybrid workplace.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and strong MS Office skills, plus at least two years in corporate learning with excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years progressive experience in corporate learning.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate existing classes—in-person and virtual—and follow up on learning impact.
• Develop and deploy course communications, advertisements, and invitations.
• Track completions and attendance within the LMS/Workday Learning system.
