Holman is seeking a Learning Specialist to facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, update course materials, and partner with business leaders to close capability gaps. You will create learning paths, manage communications, and track progress in Workday Learning.
We require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in corporate learning, and strong written, oral, and presentation skills. Hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)
At least 2 years progressive experience in corporate learning capacity developing, delivering, analyzing, and measuring learning programs.
Requires excellent written, oral and presentation skills.

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $60,800.00 - $86,640.00 USD annually for full
