Holman is seeking a Learning Specialist to facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, update course materials, and partner with business leaders to close capability gaps. You will create learning paths, manage communications, and track progress in Workday Learning.

We require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in corporate learning, and strong written, oral, and presentation skills. Hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years progressive experience in corporate learning development, delivery and measurement.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual classes to support business objectives and team goals.
• Edit and update course materials, media, and job aids.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and propose learning solutions.
• Develop and deploy course communications and engagement messages.
• Track completions and attendance in Workday Learning.
• Design and curate content into learning paths for various disciplines.
