Job summary

Zscaler is seeking an Enablement Technology Lead to drive LMS/CMS strategy in a fast-growing GTM environment. You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimize learning pathways and ensure training aligns with business objectives.

Lead vendor relationships and act as a bridge among Enablement, IT, HR, and Revenue Operations while applying adult learning principles to scale programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing LMS, CMS, or Sales Enablement platforms.
• Strong understanding of learning technology and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau/Looker).

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimize learning pathways.
• Manage relationships with LMS, CMS, and Sales Enablement vendors.
• Act as liaison between Enablement, IT, HR, and Revenue Operations.
