Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a commercially minded Growth Strategy Consultant to lead engagements with senior client relationships and drive revenue acceleration for public sector, academic, and High-Tech clients. You will diagnose growth blockers, shape agendas, and turn insights into action on complex commercial programs.

You will design and test growth solutions, collaborate across teams, and support sales activities for skilling programs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning operations, training administration, program coordination, or event coordination.
• External client-facing consulting experience.
• Demonstrable sector depth in High-Tech and experience in academia/government refresh programs.

Aufgaben

• Build customer growth strategy solutions that transform client impact and revenue growth.
• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production growth solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams, leaders, and client stakeholders to create skilling offerings powered by insights.
• Develop strong client relationships and gain the trust of senior advisors.
• Make the business case for LearnVantage solutions to clients.
• Support and lead Accenture sales efforts related to skilling programs in academia and government.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
