Job summary

Health First seeks a Learning Operations Specialist to ensure efficient delivery of L&D programs and workforce planning within the IDN. You will manage logistics, systems, and processes to create seamless learning experiences and optimize training operations.

You will partner with departments to align learning initiatives with organizational goals, track outcomes, and maintain LMS data while supporting apprenticeships and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in L&D operations or training coordination.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, LMS, and data reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with MS Teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate engaging learning programs using adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with SMEs to keep content accurate and updated.
• Assist design of apprenticeships and career pathway programs.
• Align workforce strategies with business demands and goals.
• Gather feedback and measure program impact for improvements.
• Maintain LMS data, enrollments, and course content.
• Track participation, progress, and training effectiveness via analytics.
