Job summary

Liveops is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage the LMS operations, learner experience, and reporting. This hybrid role blends LMS administration with learning delivery support across multiple programs, including certification administration.

You will configure courses, manage accounts, run reports, and assist with learner communications. Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with eLearning tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• 2+ years of LMS administration, learning operations, or related role.
• Experience managing learner accounts, courses, curricula, and reporting within an LMS.
• Experience supporting training delivery, certification programs, and virtual learning environments.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia or similar tools.
• Strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot LMS issues and work with IT teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LMS including learner accounts, courses, curricula, certifications, enrollments, and completions.
• Generate and analyze LMS reports to monitor learner progress and program effectiveness.
• Support certification programs, learner communications, scheduling, and roster management.
• Coordinate virtual learning sessions and monitor participation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Learning team and stakeholders to translate requirements into LMS configurations.
