Job summary

The Centers is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to build organizational capability by delivering training, managing Relias LMS, and developing learning content. The role reports to the Learning and Development Manager and supports cross‑service workforce development.

You will facilitate sessions, maintain compliance education, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with subject matter experts to align programs with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in training delivery or learning and development.
• Experience with LMS (Relias preferred) and creating e-learning content.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trainings including new hire orientation and organizational programs.
• Facilitate leadership and staff development sessions.
• Manage Relias LMS tasks including enrollments, reporting, and records.
• Create and update courses and learning materials in Relias LMS.
• Coordinate training logistics and support compliance education.
