Job summary

ASHP is seeking a Manager, Digital Learning Operations to oversee the online education ecosystem, ensuring accurate, timely delivery of eLearning experiences. You will lead LMS operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, partners, and vendors.

The role emphasizes process improvement, website maintenance, and reporting across Personify and LMS platforms. Hybrid work in the Washington, DC area with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree plus working knowledge of online content management theories.
• 5+ years of experience in learning technology or LMS administration.
• Experience with LMS integrations and API workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with teams to support ASHP’s online educational programming.
• Serve on LMS customer support team (email/phone).
• Build and run report requests using both Personify and LMS databases.
• Provide monthly statistics on eLearning products, by team and product line.
• Manage QA processes for all eLearning initiatives.
• Coordinate national meeting setup, sessions in LMS and Personify Transcripts.
• Maintain website pages and site structure across platforms.
• Advise on LMS-Personify integrations and new initiatives.
• Advise on development of new technologies and content authoring systems.
• Assist in creating and structuring online courses in the LMS.
• Manage digital continuing education applications.
• Coordinate with LMS vendors, accrediting bodies, and content partners to troubleshoot issues.
