Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is hiring for a Learning Operations role focused on instructor-led delivery and learner support. You will lead planning, readiness, and execution of instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and large-scale programs, ensuring resources, communications, and technologies are aligned for successful launches.

You will partner with program managers, delivery teams, and instructors, monitor performance metrics, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in learning operations, training delivery or learning administration.
• Minimum 3 years managing complex training programs or large-scale learning delivery.
• Experience with LMS, virtual platforms, and analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and execution for instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, hybrid, and large-scale learning programs.
• Provide live operational and technical support for high-profile training events and monitor delivery KPIs.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, playbooks, and knowledge resources.
• Create reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Mentor Learning Operations Analysts and support global delivery across regions.
