Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a seasoned Learning Operations professional to orchestrate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs. You will ensure readiness, provide live support, and collaborate with instructors, vendors, and program managers to deliver exceptional learner experiences at scale.

You will analyze trends, drive process improvements, and mentor teammates while supporting global delivery across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning operations, training delivery, learning administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex training programs or large-scale learning delivery operations.
• Travel may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning for instructor-led and virtual learning programs.
• Provide live operational and technical support for high-profile training events.
• Partner with program managers, delivery teams, vendors, and instructors to ensure training outcomes.
• Monitor delivery performance, learner experience metrics, and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Mentor Learning Operations Analysts and support global programs.
