Accenture LearnVantage in the United States is seeking a seasoned Learning Operations professional to oversee instructor-led and virtual training delivery at scale. You will coordinate programs, providers, and technical resources to ensure seamless delivery, while driving process improvements and learner satisfaction.

You will mentor junior staff, build robust dashboards, and partner with stakeholders across regions to optimize performance and outcomes. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning operations, training delivery, learning administration.
• Minimum 3 years managing complex training programs or large-scale learning delivery operations.
• Experience with LMS platforms and virtual classroom technologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational planning and execution for instructor-led and virtual learning programs.
• Perform training readiness activities ensuring delivery requirements and tech are in place.
• Provide live operational and technical support for training events.
• Partner with program managers, delivery teams, vendors, and instructors to ensure outcomes.
• Monitor delivery performance and learner metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, playbooks, and knowledge resources.
• Lead process improvements focused on automation, standardization, and scalability.
• Create reports and executive summaries with actionable insights.
