Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or internship experience.
• Experience supporting programs, events, HR, Learning & Development, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with technology and interest in AI-enabled tools.
• Foundational data, spreadsheets, or reporting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning programs from planning through completion.
• Support calendars, enrollment, communications, materials, and logistics.
• Keep learning records, trackers, and program documentation up to date.
• Respond to questions and provide support to learners, facilitators, and team.
• Help ensure learning programs run smoothly and provide a positive learner experience.
• Use AI-enabled platforms to support daily work and improve processes.
• Draft communications, create content, conduct research, and prepare reports with AI tools.
• Learn new digital tools and share tips with the L&D team.
• Stay curious about emerging technologies to boost productivity.
• Track participation, completion, learner feedback, and engagement metrics.
