Job summary

New York Life Insurance Co. is seeking a Learning & Development Operations professional in a hybrid role (1 day on-site per week) to coordinate learning programs and events.

You will manage calendars, enrollment, materials, and documentation, while applying AI and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance the learner experience. You will track engagement and outcomes, build insightful dashboards, and drive continuous improvement across learning programs in collaboration with the L&D

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, operations, program management, or a related field.
• Comfort using data to identify trends, generate insights, and inform decisions.
• Interest and demonstrated fluency in AI, automation, and emerging workplace technologies.
• Ability to quickly learn and leverage new digital platforms and tools.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a passion for improving how work gets done.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the end-to-end execution of learning programs, experiences, and events.
• Manage learning calendars, enrollment, communications, materials, and program logistics.
• Maintain accurate learning records, resources, and program documentation.
• Provide responsive support to learners, facilitators, and key stakeholders.
• Use AI-first platforms and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance the learner experience.
• Develop reports and dashboards translating learning data into actionable insights.
• Identify trends and opportunities to strengthen programs and improve learner experience.
• Partner across the L&D team to test new approaches and scale successful practices.
