The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Learning Operations Support Coordinator for a hybrid role in New York. This position supports day-to-day coordination of learning programs, leveraging technology, data, and AI-enabled tools to improve team efficiency.

The role is ideal for someone curious, organized, tech-fluent, and eager to learn, with responsibilities spanning program coordination, data tracking, and process improvement. A 12-month assignment with potential for growth is available.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in areas such as Human Resources, Learning & Development, business, communications, data/analytics, technology, or related area is a plus.
• Work or internship experience supporting programs, events, HR, Learning & Development, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with technology and an interest in learning new digital and AI-enabled tools.
• Foundational skills working with data, spreadsheets, or reporting, with an interest in building analytical capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through on commitments, and ask questions when needed.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Mansioni

• Coordinate learning programs from planning through completion.
• Manage learning calendars, enrollment, communications, materials, and program logistics.
• Keep learning records, resources, trackers, and program documentation organized.
• Respond to questions and provide support to learners, facilitators, and team members.
• Use AI-enabled platforms and digital tools to support everyday work and increase efficiency.
• Draft communications, create content, conduct research, analyze information, and prepare reports with AI help.
• Track participation, completion, learner feedback, engagement, and other learning metrics.
• Translate learning data into clear takeaways for decision making.
