Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, program management, or related roles.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide learning initiatives, ideally with a focus on AI or emerging technologies.
• Hands-on experience in product management, UX/design, or software engineering.
• Ability to partner with technical teams and translate product/engineering constraints into practical, scalable learning and enablement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Marsh’s enterprise-wide AI learning strategy, identifying opportunities to embed AI skills across all business functions.
• Champion AI literacy and adoption by creating comprehensive training, awareness, and skill-building programs.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align AI learning initiatives with Marsh’s strategic priorities.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, driving engagement through targeted campaigns and integrated learning experiences.
