Job summary

Atlas Search in Manhattan seeks a structured, results-driven manager to oversee its Learning & Development operations and AI education initiative. This hybrid role combines team leadership with process improvement and operational oversight for the firm’s AI education program.

You will supervise training coordinators, drive AI-enabled workflow changes, and report progress to senior leadership, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives and measurable improvements in speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management, project management, operations, or similar; proven process-improvement in high-volume settings.
• Background in training or learning programs is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and concepts; able to coach others to use AI effectively.
• Prior people management experience and ability to build a high-performing team.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills; can take complex projects from concept to completion.
• Polished written and verbal communication; ability to engage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a group of training coordinators; assign work, set priorities, provide feedback, support career growth.
• Act as operational lead for the AI education program; manage lifecycle of offerings and coordinate event logistics.
• Collaborate to redesign workflows; identify repetitive tasks and rebuild for speed, scale, with automation/AI.
• Lead hands-on integration of AI tools into team processes; drive measurable improvements in speed and quality.
• Manage large initiatives with many stakeholders; flag obstacles early and keep senior leaders informed.
