Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning Operations, Learning & Development, Program Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience managing learning systems, learning operations, or enterprise program delivery.
• Experience working with external vendors or strategic partners preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple competing priorities.
• Strong analytical experience with reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning operations strategy and execution to support scalable delivery of enterprise learning programs and initiatives.
• Manage the intake, prioritization, and workflow governance process for learning requests across corporate and field populations.
• Serve as the operational bridge between Signature Aviation and external learning partners ensuring effective scoping, delivery, and quality of learning solutions.
• Oversee learning program logistics, scheduling, resource coordination, and operational execution across enterprise learning initiatives.
• Partner closely with HRIS and the LMS Specialist to support effective learner experience, course deployment, reporting, and learning technology optimization.
• Collaborate with HRIS on learning system enhancements, process improvements, and technology solutions that improve learning delivery and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and analytics to measure program effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impact.
• Track and report key learning metrics, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Learning Business Partners to define development requirements, prioritize requests, and support successful program launches.
• Establish operational standards, processes, and governance to improve efficiency, scalability, and learner experience.
• Support vendor management activities, including performance monitoring, delivery timelines, service quality, and relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning delivery through automation, AI, process optimization, and technology enhancements.
• Support enterprise Learning & Career Development initiatives as needed, including program launches, communications, and reporting.
