The role focuses on governance of knowledge assets, developer of blended learning programs, and measurement of training effectiveness to drive operational excellence and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field (Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related).
• Experience leading enterprise or cross-functional learning initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Proven ability to design and deliver corporate training programs and onboarding content.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning strategies aligned with priorities and goals.
• Design blended learning solutions (ILTs, e-learning, microlearning, virtual, job aids).
• Lead onboarding programs for corporate and support roles and measure readiness.
• Govern organizational knowledge assets, maintain SOP libraries, and ensure content accuracy.
• Manage multiple learning initiatives with timelines, stakeholder engagement, and adoption frameworks.
• Establish metrics to measure learning impact and business outcomes.
