Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Learning Operations Analyst to optimize our learning ecosystem, partner with HR and business stakeholders, and drive data-informed decisions to improve learner experience.

You will own the Dayforce LMS, manage content, governance, reporting, and collaborate with vendors to implement enhancements while ensuring compliance. This role emphasizes automation, scalability, and analytics to support the workforce across our portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3–5 years of LMS administration and L&D operations experience.
Experience managing learning content providers and libraries within an LMS.
Experience with learning technologies such as Adobe Captivate or Scribe.
Understanding of training design principles and SCORM/xAPI formats.
Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and reporting abilities.
Strong communication with stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the Dayforce LMS, drive optimization, governance, UX improvements, and adoption strategies.
Import and organize content, map to competency frameworks and learning paths.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations via automation and standardization.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate and implement enhancements.
Maintain learner records, certifications, and training completions with compliance.
Collaborate on content curation, deployment, and reporting needs.
Analyze data to develop insights supporting workforce development and compliance.
Manage the centralized learning mailbox and respond to inquiries professionally.
Monitor trends and recommend innovations to improve engagement and efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned.
