Job summary

QXO is seeking a Program Manager, Learning Operations to own the learning intake framework and governance. You will enable scalable management of training demand, design and maintain the intake process, and ensure clear escalation paths across instructional design and content production.

You will translate learning demand into execution plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with L&D, HRIS, and shared services.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, PMO, or HR operations within a complex organization.
• Proven ability to design and manage structured workflows and governance models.
• Experience with intake frameworks, prioritization models, or service delivery operations.
• Experience within learning and development environments and content types.
• Experience supporting M&A integration is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end intake framework and tools for all training requests.
• Maintain the decision framework guiding routing by complexity, priority, and capacity.
• Translate learning demand into structured execution plans and manage timelines.
• Design and continuously refine the intake decision tree and routing logic.
• Assess incoming learning content, systems, and programs from acquisitions and develop integration roadmaps.
• Leverage HR Operations PMO tools, including Monday.com, and implement workflows, SLAs and tracking.
• Serve as interface between HR Operations, L&D, and business stakeholders and drive clarity on processes.
• Provide reporting on intake, throughput and delivery performance and align with enterprise standards.
