Job summary

Cirrus in Duluth and Grand Forks seeks an Operations Learning and Development Senior Partner to lead curriculum design, delivery, and standard setting for the operations teams. You will enhance competencies and align programs with lean manufacturing practices and operational excellence.

The role requires strong instructional design, adult learning expertise, and LMS proficiency, with collaboration across operations leaders and SMEs to deliver impactful training and program development across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical, training, learning and leadership development, or lean discipline.
• 4-7 years' experience in Learning and Development in Aerospace operations or manufacturing.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read, write and speak the English language.
• Subject matter expert in instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Proven knowledge of training methods and tools for instructor-led and online formats.
• In-depth knowledge of learning management software.
• Experience with talent management and succession planning.
• Ability to transform SME interviews into content.
• Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations leadership to deliver timely deliverables.
• Facilitate onboarding of Operations employees.
• Manage Cirrus University LMS resources and tracking.
• Develop and deliver curricula on lean manufacturing and operational excellence.
• Build annual training programs and teaching plans.
• Design and produce training materials and eLearning content.
• Deliver training across classroom and virtual settings.
• Assess training effectiveness and update content as needed.
• Stay current with trends in employee development.
• Support LMS administration and needs assessment.
