Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with learning administration technologies such as scheduling, registration, and learning management software.
• Competent in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with adult learners in a learning environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the team expert for day-to-day operations and administration of Learning Innovation programs.
• Lead logistics for training events, materials, setup, and certificates.
• Serve as LMS administrator for course scheduling, setup, maintenance, and reporting.
• Coach and support student services, onboarding, and peer mentoring.
• Develop standard operating procedures to improve processes.
