Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, L&D, business, or related field.
• Experience supporting programs, events, HR, Learning & Development, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with technology and interest in learning new digital and AI-enabled tools.
• Foundational skills with data, spreadsheets, or reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Curiosity about how technology, AI, and new ways of working can improve learning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning programs, experiences, and events from planning through completion.
• Manage learning calendars, enrollment, communications, materials, and program logistics.
• Keep learning records, resources, trackers, and documentation up to date.
• Respond to questions and provide support to learners, facilitators, and team members.
• Help ensure learning programs run smoothly and provide a positive learner experience.
• Use AI-enabled platforms to support daily work and improve efficiency.
• Draft communications, create content, conduct research, analyze information, and prepare reports.
• Learn new digital tools and share tips with the L&D team.
• Track participation, completion, learner feedback, engagement, and other metrics.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and recurring updates.
• Review data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate learning data into clear takeaways for decision-making.
• Look for opportunities to simplify processes and maintain templates/workflows.
• Support testing and implementation of new tools and processes.
• Bring ideas, curiosity, and willingness to learn and experiment.
