Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to shape engaging experiences for our higher education products. You’ll partner with content, product, and engineering to own end-to-end design from discovery through implementation.

You will create high-fidelity designs, contribute to a scalable design system, and lead user research and usability testing to inform decisions and iterate based on insights.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product design experience with a track record of impact on user experience and outcomes.
• Experience designing AI-powered experiences is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile from discovery to implementation.
• Create high-fidelity designs, including user flows, interactive prototypes, and specs for handoff.
• Contribute to a scalable design system with accessibility and consistency in mind.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions and iterate.
