Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Learning & Organization Development Consultant in New York, NY. Hybrid work arrangement: remote Mondays and Fridays, onsite Tue–Thu.

This six-month contract role focuses on coordinating learning programs and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and learner experiences. You will support calendars, enrollment, materials, and logistics, maintain records and dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights for teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant area.
• Experience supporting programs, events, HR, Learning & Development, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with technology and AI-enabled tools.
• Foundational data/analytics/reporting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning programs, experiences, and events from planning through completion.
• Maintain learning calendars, enrollment, communications, materials, and program logistics.
• Keep learning records, resources, trackers, and program documentation up to date.
• Respond to questions and provide support to learners, facilitators, and team members.
• Help ensure learning programs run smoothly and provide a positive learner experience.
• Use AI-enabled platforms and digital tools to support daily work and increase efficiency.
• Draft communications, create content, conduct research, and prepare reports with AI.
• Track participation, completion, learner feedback, engagement, and other metrics.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and recurring updates.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement from data.
• Translate learning data into actionable takeaways for decision-making.
• Look for opportunities to simplify processes and improve workflows.
• Maintain templates, workflows, and team resources.
• Support testing and implementation of new tools and processes.
