Job summary

Vibe Credit Union seeks a Training Specialist I to design, deliver, and enhance learning experiences that empower team members to succeed. You will support onboarding and learning programs aligned with Vibe's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience delivering instructor-led training or onboarding required.
• Experience creating training materials, procedures, or learning resources preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; financial institution experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content, activities, and assessments.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and one-on-one instruction.
• Lead New Employee Onboarding (NEO) and support ongoing development.
• Coordinate training logistics and maintain the annual Training Calendar.
• Administer the LMS, track participation, and report results.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to improve learning outcomes.
