Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience in financial services, learning and development, facilitation, training delivery, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating training programs and calendars, delivering engaging sessions.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and adapt content to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates in-person and virtual learning experiences to engage participants and improve application of skills.
• Adapts facilitation style based on audience and learning needs to keep sessions productive.
• Coordinates the L&D training calendar and coordinates scheduling, flow, and facilitator coverage.
• Keeps training content current by partnering with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with instructional designer to improve training materials and activities.
• Assesses participant feedback and learning outcomes to strengthen content and delivery.
• Provides progress feedback to participants and their leaders after training.
• Connects team members with learning programs and resources addressing development needs.
• Monitors training completion and follows up on outstanding requirements.
