Job summary

Vitu is seeking an Learning and Development Specialist I to design, coordinate, and deliver high‑impact training across technical, customer-facing, and corporate roles. You’ll work cross‑functionally to foster a culture of continuous learning in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will collaborate with SMEs to develop materials, deliver ILT and virtual sessions, and maintain LMS content while tracking program effectiveness and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in learning and development or HR training.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Strong organization, project coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer company-wide training programs, including compliance and product training.
• Schedule, communicate, and logistics for training sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Develop training materials, presentations, job aids, and eLearning content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, update training for software, product, and process learning.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions as needed.
• Maintain and update learning content on the LMS.
• Track training participation and completion rates using LMS and surveys.
• Collect feedback to improve learning programs and dashboards for HR.
• Support leadership development initiatives and DEI-related training.
