Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Learning Professional I to design and deliver engaging training programs, build employee capabilities, and support onboarding and career development. The role emphasizes clear communication, facilitation, and collaboration with business partners to drive organizational success.

The position reports to the Supervisor - Business Unit Enablement within Leadership and Organizational Development, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and using learning

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in any field or completion of specialized certification or licensing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Education, Training and Development, or a related discipline preferred.
• 1+ years in learning functions including facilitation, delivery, curriculum development, and analyzing feedback for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, facilitate, analyze, and update training courses and workshops to build capabilities and transform the organization.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, such as scheduling, room setup, and participant communication.
• Assist in the administration of the Learning Management System, including user management, course assignments, and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.
