Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Learning Lead, Non Sterile Compounding to coordinate training operations across Non Sterile Compounding. This role oversees the full training lifecycle from scheduling, facilitation, documentation, to compliance while maintaining a strong floor presence to support operational teams and ensure continuous competency across all compounding areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification.
• 2+ years of experience in compounding operations within a 503a, 503b, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with diverse audiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, GDP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Strong organizational skills with scheduling and records management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.
• Flexibility to work various schedules for a 7-day operation.
• Knowledge of USP <797>, <795>, and <800> standards and cGMP.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development.
• Conduct remediation and retraining sessions for performance gaps or compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain the training schedule with site leadership.
• Maintain training records and ensure GDP/compliance documentation.
• Support audit readiness with up-to-date training records.
• Utilize LMS to assign, track, and report training completion.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR on skill gaps.
• Audit tenured associates to ensure competencies.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs for consistency across shifts.
• Ensure training programs comply with USP, FDA, and state board requirements.
